Why drink water?

Water is more important than most of us realise. It is the main constituent of the body & can form as much a 70% of our body weight! An adult will lose about 2 litres of fluid every day without even working up a sweat & much more than this if extremely energetic.

Dehydration is our worst enemy. Even in minor cases it can give us terrible headaches, make us tired & unable to concentrate. Drinking plenty of water moisturises our skin & can even control weight by stopping us from confusing hunger with thirst. A water cooler is an excellent way to provide clean, fresh drinking water which is available at any time of day.

The need for filtration

Many water gurus maintain that most tap water in the UK is wholesome & of a consistently high quality. We also believe this to be true. But what we all know is that tap water actually doesn’t taste very nice. This is mainly due to a small amount of chlorine, added to the water to ensure it remains healthy on its way to you.
